9 Noviembre 2015

Wow! November is here! Que loco! Que rapida pasa el tiempo! Ay mi madre! And all that other good Spanish stuff.
Well, this last week was pretty slow. We didn't find any new people to teach, and spent most of our time knocking doors. At the beginning of my mission, knocking was my least favorite activity. Now I really see the importance of it, and have even learned to make it fun. :) Which is good, since it is what we have been doing a ton of as of late.
Oh, and Sister Richardson's birthday was on the 4th! Feliz cumpleanos a ti, Hermana Richardson! :D <3
Sometimes it is easy to become depressed or discouraged when working out here. But the most important thing is that you trust in the Lord's timing and His way. Nobody cares about these people more than Him, and He knows exactly what they need. His way is the best way, and everything will turn out His way, I can earnestly testify of that!
But we did see miracles at church! 4 less-active women (one with her kids) showed up to church! And it wasn't because of the missionaries at all! I don't know if it was the ward or the Spirit that helped these ladies come, but it was really a miracle! I was just so happy to see them there and see that God really is in charge and helping all of His children. And all of these women have amazing testimonies. It was wonderful to see them apply their testimonies and come to church. :) It really did fill me with joy!
Anyway, that is pretty much it for this week! Oh, we also had some Washington-style overcast rain! Great stuff! I'm not homesick or trunky, but it was nice to have. :)
Les quiero a todos! El evangelio es restaurdo y es perfecto!
         Con carino,
        ~Hermana Curnow
